At Praise My Pet, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or debris.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
